This article sought to investigate how the Professional Masters Program in the Teaching of Science and Mathematics of Unicsul has impacted on the teaching activities of its students, by analyzing responses to an open-ended questionnaire applied to 52 students in the three groups initially admitted to the Program. The objective was to capture their perceptions and verify the occurance of modifications in teaching activities and the school environment, elements indicative of the effectiveness of the Masters Program in promoting changes and progress in the education system. The principal problems and difficulties faced by the students in their teaching activities were also evaluated, along with their future perspectives with respect to professional development.Downloads
