We present a new issue of the Revista Brasileira de Pós-Graduação-RBPG. Published in 2004 by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), the RBPG has established itself as an important vehicle for the dissemination and discussion of Brazilian graduate studies, recognized as the most important and successful among the country's educational policies. The Journal is, therefore, a publication that aims to inform, through scientific articles, the Brazilian scientific community about the experiences, researches, studies, and discussions that made and make us have today a solid PostGraduation, consolidated in a large number of institutions and the process of consolidation in the others. Published in a continuous flow by the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel), the RBPG is not linked to any Higher Education Institution or a specific PPG. Likewise, it should not privilege one or another region of the country, but have an eye turned to all of them, to act in order to comply with the proposal of reducing the asymmetries that are still present in the National Postgraduation System-SNPG. Thus, we hope that the journal fulfills its mission, which is to bring its readers quality information and knowledge. We wish you all good reading.
