Considerations about organization of circles conversation and rounds tables

Round tables and conversation circles have become widely used nomenclatures in scientific events. The objective of this article is to make some considerations about these terminologies and to present a procedure so that the presentation contents in scientific events can be better organized for an audience. The procedure consists of carrying out a thematic content analysis based on a previous conversation with the guests of the round tables or conversation circles. Thematic analysis is carried out by the coordinator in almost real time to the guests' reports, which register all the topics spoken. At the end of the meeting, the list is presented to the invitees to be validated. The execution of the event can be less structured, as in the form of a conversation circles, or more structured, in the case of a round table. The definition of the presentation format is established according to the objectives of the event.
