Science and technology are commonly identified as significant vectors to development, specifically in the context of the knowledge economy. Moreover, the IBSA is a dialogue and initiatives forum for trilateral cooperation among India, Brazil and South Africa, whose main objectives are to coordinate their politics in the International System, on the one hand, and facilitate trilateral cooperation, on the other. By the reading of the theoretical debate on international relations, scientific and technological cooperation, and the IBSA Forum, in addition to the analysis of political discourse and international agreements, this paper aims to investigate the state of the art of international scientific and technological cooperation within the context of the Forum.Downloads
