The idea of the professional masters program is flowering and gaining legitimacy. The most serious barriers have been overcome, but there still are strong adversaries. What is holding back the development of the professional masters is the fact that is unable to have a life of its own because its structure is tied to academic graduate programs. This structure condemns such masters programs to an academic life which is inappropriate for their professional orientation. It is necessary to seek in these programs an equilibrium that values the professional profile that must be produced to adjust to new times, to new demands.Downloads
