Evaluation Process

The author contributions to the sections Articles, Debates, Thematic Dossiers, Reports of innovative experiences, Book Reviews and Tributes are submitted to two stages of selection:

• Admission of the papers - in this phase the suitability of the manuscript is checked for the scientific character, general presentation, and suitability to the standards and editorial policy of the journal.
  
  
• Peer review - the manuscript will be evaluated by, at least, two members of the journal's Scientific Committee or ad hoc consultants, in accordance with the topic being addressed, or an analysis and judgment committee designated by a specific act. With the double-blind peer review system, the names of the referees will remain confidential, but by editorial decision, the authors may submit their articles with their author's identification.
