Abstract

A discussion present in the academic and business environments is the low capacity of innovation and technological development coming from the Brazilian academic environments, not only in higher education institutions, but also in technological education institutions. The aim of this article is to discuss specific programs of scientific education, executed through institutional partnerships signed by the Amazonas State Research Support Foundation (FAPEAM) for planned intervention in order to achieve the best professional qualification of graduates of all educational levels, in search of the solution of the problems already identified and widely debated about the quality of the graduate of  higher degrees, as well as the improvement of actions directed to the sustainable development of Amazonas.
