This article aims to contribute to the discussion of possible changes in the present evaluation of graduate programs in Brazil, based on a delphi tecnique performed with Ph.D. professors at the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, regarding certain propositions suggested by international observers invited to assess the last evaluation process, in 2001. Results, comments by the professors and the instrument employed (open-ended questions) are presented, in the expectation that its replication by other institutions of higher education and graduate programs will be possible.Downloads
