This paper analyzes the conception and performance of the Human Rights and Environment Clinic at the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT), from the perspective of the context in which it operates and its multicultural scope, which involves not only the protection of the natural environment and its rich biodiversity, but also the rights of indigenous and traditional populations. It is an area of research and extension in which the activism of professors committed to social change can contribute to building a development model with more sustainability and social justice.Downloads
