The main goal of this paper is to present the research conducted by the Graduate Program in Education of the State University of Para (UEPA), focusing on the productions of the professors and of the master degree candidates. For this study we analyzed abstracts from master theses. For the professors’ productions, research studies developed in collective form were considered as well those linked to academic exchange programs, such as PROCAD and National Networks. The paper also presents the state of art, as it maps and discusses academic output in different thematic fields of education. We also conducted bibliographic research about the state of the art and the theoretical debate of the themes pertaining to the production of professors and students. To analyze the research productions, thematic categories were constructed and Excel tables, charts and graphs and were utilized.Downloads
