Abstract

This article aims to review issues related to race relations and graduate study in Brazilian society, based on three themes: affirmative action policies, educational trajectories and mobility in graduate study, and graduate education plans and goals. This study, situated in the field of Social Psychology, served as a literature review for the development of research on the trajectories of black graduate students in Brazilian society.
