This article presents the results of a study of the Professional Master´s Program in Administration (MPA) implemented by the Nucleus of Graduate Study in Administration (NPGA) at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). It analyzes the pedagogical practices developed in this Program as perceived by the professors. It identifies the perceptions and opinions of the professors with respect to: the nature of the course, its curriculum structure and how this relates to course objectives, the pedagogical conceptions that undergird teacher practice, and the teaching methods and evaluation procedures utilized. The results of the study make it possible to conclude that the search for identity on the part of the MPS/ NPGA/UFBA necessarily involves the coletive construction of its pedagogical conception mediated by the continual renewal of faculty practice.Downloads
