This research aimed to examine the use of online education in a master’s program in the Management and Evaluation of Public Education. The chosen method was phenomenological in nature, and the research strategy involved the use of a case study approach. We conclude that the program’s proposal was approved because it met the criteria for regular academic programs. Regarding the use of online education, coordination is being based mainly on experiences at the undergraduate level, due to the absence of guiding criteria for the graduate courses. In the perception of the students, the possibility of blended learning was not the most important element for choosing the course of study.Downloads
