Metodologia para o desenvolvimento de programas de pesquisa e ensino de pós-graduação do Brasil: a experiência da UFBA

Esse artigo tem por objetivo apresentar um novo caminho metodológico, proposto pela UFBA, para o desenvolvimento de programas de pesquisa e ensino de pós-graduação no país. Espera-se que esses programas venham a ser a expressão de uma nova metodologia para a implementação de políticas de incentivo à pesquisa e à formação de pessoal docente em nível de mestrado e doutorado no Brasil. Em síntese, há uma expectativa de que esta proposta se apresente como uma saída, crítica e adequada, à atual crise de financiamento do ensino superior no País e possibilite, efetivamente, equacionar o problema da centralização da qualificação docente no Brasil, particularmente, daquelas Universidades localizadas no interior do País.
