The increase of scientific collaboration characterized by coauthorship is one of the main trends verified in recent years in science production. In order to relate co-authorship and the production of researchers of the graduate program Education and Sciences: Life and Heath Chemistry of the UFGRS, we identified the scientific articles in the area of Teaching produced by each researcher, registered in the Lattes Curriculum – of National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) – and published in journals classified in the WebQualis system of Capes, from 2005 to 2013. The research utilized mixed methods, with the assistance of bibliometric techniques and the theoretic-methodological approach of Social Networks Analysis (SNA). The results indicate a growth in coauthored works and show that their elements of connection are the professors, with a strong tendency for students to publish in conjunction with their supervisors.
